Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

All sales are final due to the nature of hemp/THC consumables and compliance regulations. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

 

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Orders canceled due to a prohibited shipping address will be refunded minus payment processing fees.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

We do not ship to: Tennessee, Wisconsin, Utah, West Virginia, Mississippi, Wyoming, South Carolina, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Alabama. Orders to prohibited states will be canceled and refunded minus payment processing fees.
