By purchasing from Elevated Oasis, you confirm you are 21 years or older and that hemp/THC consumables are legal in your state. We do not ship to: Tennessee, Wisconsin, Utah, West Virginia, Mississippi, Wyoming, South Carolina, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Alabama. Orders to prohibited states will be canceled and refunded minus payment processing fees.

All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws regarding these products.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of hemp/THC consumables, returns are not accepted once shipped. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for any effects, misuse, or consequences of product consumption. Consult a healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery while using these products.
